Service Description

* 90 minute goal setting and kickoff meeting * Ten 60 minute phone coaching sessions - every two weeks * 60 minute mid-session check-in * 60 minute retrospective, next steps planning, and wrap-up with option to extend Sessions may be in phone, in person (Richmond, VA), or at the client's site (client responsible for travel expenses).
