Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Brooke Lennon LLC, doing business as "MagniFI Your Life," (hereinafter referred to as “The Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and its owner Stephanie Lennon, stand behind all of their products. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in this Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy and our comprehensive Terms of Service.
Our policy for returns and refunds varies based on the product type (Physical vs. Digital) and is detailed below.
Digital Download Products (Online Courses, Ebooks, Templates, etc.)
All sales of digital download products are final and are non-refundable.

No Refunds or Cancellations: Due to the instant access and non-retrievable nature of digital content, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy on all downloadable/digital products.

Access Guarantee: If you have any problems accessing your purchased digital content, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at MagniFIYourLife@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue and ensure delivery.

Delivery: Digital Access is deemed fully delivered when the access email is sent to the email address used for the purchase.
Physical Products and "Merch" (Apparel, Gear, etc.)
Our physical product refund policy differs based on the fulfillment method.
A. 3rd Party Fulfilled Items (Most Apparel)
Most apparel items are printed on demand by a 3rd party supplier when your order is placed. As such, we cannot refund or exchange items for reasons outside of a defect or error.

Wrong Size/Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind.

Damaged/Defective Item: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items/packages lost in transit must be submitted directly to our Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery.

Incorrect Address/Unclaimed Shipment: Shipments returned due to an insufficient address or being unclaimed will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. We will contact you to confirm an updated address.

How to Submit a Claim: Contact us via email at MagniFIYourLife@gmail.com and we will work with the 3rd party supplier to seek a remedy.
B. Products Shipped Directly by The Company
If your physical product purchase was not from our 3rd party fulfillment center, you may be eligible for a return.

Return Window: Simply return the physical product in NEW, unused condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of delivery.

Refund: You will receive a full refund less shipping and handling charges.

Procedure: Contact our Customer Service Department at MagniFIYourLife@gmail.com for refund procedures and to confirm if your item is eligible.
Live Event & Coaching Services
All one-on-one coaching, paid speaking engagements, and live in-person events are governed by a separate, written agreement between you and The Company.

Governing Document: The terms of your specific Coaching or Speaking Agreement shall control your refund, cancellation, and exchange terms.
Purchases from an Affiliate or Co-Venturer
Any purchase made through a third-party affiliate, business associate, or sponsor is subject to their terms and conditions.

Responsibility: We are unable to provide any exchanges or refunds for items we did not fulfill.

Action: All requests for refunds, exchanges, or customer service should be made directly to the affiliate from whom the product or service was purchased. Be sure to save your invoice and receipts from any affiliate purchase.
Purchases from Amazon
Any books or merch purchased directly from the Amazon platform (including Kindle and physical books) are governed exclusively by Amazon’s own published policies for returns, refunds, exchanges, and customer service. The Company is not able to process refunds or returns for items purchased directly through Amazon
